No'ld Fashioned Days

Just in case you haven't heard, Old Fashioned Days, a city staple since 1963, has been canceled this year.  Usually held on the last Saturday in October, the event, which traditionally includes a parade and a fair, was creating problems for businesses in the area and wasn't generating enough income for vendors, according to a spokeswoman from the Altadena Chamber of Commerce.  Since that was really our only parade in town, it will be missed!
