Having just lost a beloved family member to cancer, Altadenablog sends out its good wishes to Ms. Patterson and her family for continued strength and recovery.
Sharp-eyed Altadena birder Jon Feenstra spotted a Bay-breasted warbler along Legg Lake at the Whittier Narrows area in El Monte last week. The bird is native to the East Coast and rarely seen here. Whittier Daily News has the peep.
