* FROM THURSDAY EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON
* RAINFALL INTENSITIES UP TO A HALF INCH PER HOUR ARE POSSIBLE DURING THE PEAK OF THE EVENT.
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
