Just got word from National Weather Service that we've been upgraded from "high wind advisory" to "high wind warning." So what's new?
A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH OR GUSTS OF 58 MPH OR MORE CAN LEAD TO PROPERTY DAMAGE.
So, again, batten the hatches. Altho' there's still not a breeze outside as we write this!
