Getting ready for Easter weekend

• Friday: Easter Egg hunt at the Loma Alta Park upper playground area, 3330 N. Lincoln Ave., 5-7 PM for ages 12 and under.  There's also a coloring contest and (the flier says) a "giant bunny."  This is sponsored by LA County Parks  and Recreation.
• Saturday: Grand re-opening of Webster's contract postal unit, 2450 N. Lake Ave.  Events start with a ribbon cutting at 10:30 AM, and go on until 2 PM. Refreshments provided, and giveaways throughout the day.  And while you're there, don't forget that 25% of sales at Webster's Fine Stationers on Sat. will go to the Bright Futures Scholars to benefit Antwan Hawyard. There will also be a coloring contest and other Easter activities there.
