A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for Altadenan Hal Moore, 53, on Tuesday. Moore was arrested at his home after allegedly leaving the scene of an accident at Hill St. and Washington Blvd. in Nov. 2006 that killed Bertha Vasqez Arias, 30, and injured two others. According to witnesses, Moore's SUV ran a red light that caused a three-vehicle accident. Pasadena Now has it all.
