Not online yet, but PSN's front page today talked about Rhythms of the Village charter school withdrawing its request for an extension on its lease at the old Edison School. Executive director Onochie Chukwurah said that the school will continue next year, bu t likely at another location. The charter's request for an extension was to be considered at tomorrow's PUSD board meeting.
In addition, Diploma Plus, a program funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, is ending its partnership with the school, citing low enrollment, among other issues.
