Meeting on St. Luke's property May 22

Here's the notice of a community meeting regarding the St. Luke's property development:

COMMUNITY MEETING

The Victory Rose Neighborhood Association is holding a community-wide 
meeting to hear your views about the development of the St. Luke 
Hospital site.

The property was purchased last October by DS Ventures, a real estate 
developer.  The plans that have been circulated for the 13-acre site 
indicate they propose to build approximately 3 condo buildings with ?
x? number of units for seniors, more office and medical office 
buildings, and utilize the hospital building for assisted living.  A 
multi-story parking structure is also planned.

This last remaining large Pasadena property development is 
significant for the entire community as well as surrounding cities.

This will be an opportunity to express your opinion.  City Councilman 
Steve Haderlein and a representative from the Planning & Development 
office will be in attendance to listen, comment and respond to 
questions.

Please pass this on to others because it?s not just an issue for 
those who live in the vicinity - it is a city-wide concern.
