LA Times profiles Dalton Sargent, 15, who attends Blair, in a story about gifted kids who get overlooked by the system. The story is a bit undisciplined itself -- it would be nice if they defined "gifted," for example, considering the percentage of these students who've dropped out or who have sub-par school skills, or show how they're different from a typical teenager. It's a puzzling story.
