Fertilizer scam still going on

Besides the guy who is either (1) a scam artist, or (2) the world's worst alarm salesman working the eastside, the President Streets newsgroup (Roosevelt/Harding/Coolidge & environs) report sightings of the fertilizer scam guys who were here earlier this spring.  They offer to fertilize your lawn on the spot for $5 a bag (of course the bags are about a quarter full), spread a lot of fertilizer on your lawn, and charge you and arm and leg for it.  They've been spotted cruising in their white van just over the past few days. Don't confront them, just call the sheriff!
