A story about kids and dogs

A personal, non-Altadena-related aside.  PSN has a great story about South Pasadena speech pathologist Amy Johnson, who uses Sylvie, a laborador/golden mix from Canine Companions for Independence, in her practice.  Amy has worked with our two youngest kids, and Spawn 3 and Sylvie are thatclose.  Amy's smart, a great professional, and adding Sylvie to the mix was a great choice.  (Little Estelle in the pictures is our friend, too).  Canine Companions is a great cause -- and we were privileged to have Spawn 3 appear in one of their upcoming television public service announcements (working with Sylvie, natch).
