Chatter on the President Streets newsgroup (Coolidge-Harding-etc. area) have reported the reappearance of a man who has been seen harassing and threatening women on the street and in Eaton Canyon. He's described as dark-complected, possibly Middle Eastern, and likely homeless. He appears unexpectedly and disappears. Deputies have been called, but there's little they can do unless something happens, unfortunately. If you're in these areas, please be alert and keep a phone close.
