The neighbor who took them tells Altadenablog that the house was used as an indoor pot farm and was busted in early August. Since then, a cleaning crew has been in, but all the stuff they cleaned out has been stacked out front and deteriorating for weeks, attracting rats, mosquitos, and other vermin.
