Hardcore going to the pokey, preparing oral arguments (stop it!)

Altadena's Paul Little, aka Max Hardcore, tells XBIZ News (which is just text, but surfing to the site may redflag your boss if you choose to read it at work) that he's planning to surrender to authorities in downtown LA on Thursday.  Little was convicted of obscenity charges last fall, and will serve a 46 month sentence.  He's preparing an appeal.
