Scanner traffic now (5:20 PM) says Pasadena police and sheriff are setting up a permiter around Lincoln, Alberta, Canada, and Crosby to catch a guy. Perp is black, 20's, male, shaved head or short Afro, gray hoodie and black jeans -- no details on what he did, but possibly armed.
Update 5:21: he's continuing southbound. Several units involved, including PPD chopper and K9.
