The Razor has a great story in this week's PWeekly about the kerfluffle involving small low-income apartments on Raymond south of Woodbury. Tenants have complained about nonattention to rodents, cockroaches, and bad plumbing, and many complaining tenants have been served with notices of eviction. Reason for eviction? Nonpayment of rent (altho' it goes into an escrow account pending repairs), and plans to subdivide the apartments into even smaller units. It's all in court, of course. Solid piece.
