We have a Google Alert that flags us when there's any new mention of Altadena on the internet, and a good chunk of the mentions aren't that useful. This wedding story was flagged because one of the groomsmen was from Altadena, and it's not the type of story we'd normally put in. But the picture arrested our attention, and we had to read on.
We're not sure what to think about the bride wielding a sword at the wedding. We wouldn't have risked it, ourselves. Well, maybe at the wedding -- but certainly not now. And definitely not with our first marriage.
