* AT 715 PM PST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG AND NEARLY STATIONARY STORMS ACROSS THE EASTERN SAN GABRIEL VALLEY. RAINFALL RATES UP TO ONE INCH PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE WARNING AREA...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SIGNIFICANT AND DANGEROUS ROADWAY FLOODING.
* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO WEST COVINA... DIAMOND BAR...ROWLAND HEIGHTS...LA HABRA HEIGHTS...AND BALDWIN PARK. INTERSTATES 10 AND 210...AS WELL AS HIGHWAY 60 WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS STRONG LINE OF STORMS.
