Neighbors on the east side of Altadena have notice an uptick in graffiti in the usually quiet area. The first was a 20 ft. monster on a wall on Porter at Gaywood, first noticed Saturday morning (picture: Gino Sund):
That was followed by a tagged street sign noticed on Sunday at Sunny Oaks Circle and Loma Alta Dr. (photo: Steve Gerow):
