LA County has just published and distributed its 2009 edition of the Altadena Connection (link goes to a pdf document). The ubiquitous Bill Westphal contributed many photographs to this year's edition, which details important phone numbers, addresses, programs, and other services that the county provides to our community, and provided us with the document as well (which we'll have on our server all year).
Copies are available at the libraries, community center, senior center, county parks, and Eaton Canyon Nature Center.
