Bus service north of Altadena Dr.? Fuggidaboutit!

Pasadena Sub Rosa prints a series of email correspondence from a disabled resident to MTA re: getting a bus to come to Lake north of Altadena Drive.  The answer: nope -- no sidewalks, deep drains, steep slope.  This is a real issue, essentially leaving disabled, elderly, and nondriving residents trapped in the area unless they can negotiate their way down Lake on foot.
