... or so proclaims PSN in an editorial in tomorrow's paper, online now. Specifically, Altadena: PSN praises the work that has gone into the hillside ordinance:
As they have in the past, though, Altadenans,
with just an advisory Town Council to substitute for true local
government, have come together to create an indigenous planning
document that is relevant to their own needs rather than to the generic
whole of the county.
The editorial quotes town councilwoman Michele Zack (even spelling her name correctly), and gives special credit to Altadena Heritage and Altadena Foothills Conservancy for a job well done.
