Some days, we just want to rename this blog "Taking Larry Wilson to task."
But he does a good job of that on himself in this morning's column. Wilson mea culpas that, at the same time he was lamenting the state of things in Altadena, his colleague Ryan Carter was talking about the Altadena Arts Coalition reviving things on Lake Ave. (Does kind of make you wonder about the state of journalism when their reporters contradict each other).
After some light breast-beating, Wilson logs some good suggestions (angled parking on Lake!) before taking on some other egregious errors he's made in recent weeks. But we forgive him for reporting that new signs have sprung up along the lower Millard Canyon hiking trail near La Vina, with deceptive wording in an attempt to keep hikers away from the public trail.
