The Altadena town bird (i.e. the sheriff's chopper) was circling around north of Loma Alta tonight about 8:30 (one of our readers said over Monterosa and Cocopan). Sheriff's station said that five males -- described as "brats" -- were involved in beating up another person, who did not require hospitalization when it was all over. Four suspects are in custody, and deputies are searching for the fifth.
