PSN's Robert Hong has a feature today on the Jerrill Dulaney murder May 9. The county supervisors have offered a reward (usually not a sign that the end of a case is near) and the family still carries their sorrow deeply and is thinking of moving:
"It's like being whipped daily, and the only rest you get is when you go to sleep," said James Dulaney, Jerrill's father.
