Santa Rosa, while an unmarked (we think) old police cruiser crammed with guys
went up Santa Rose near the Theosophy institute, shining a high-powered light
into the bushes outside the gate?
Happened about 9 PM tonight. We don't know what was going on, but it definitely sounds like X-Files territory!
