The Friends of the Altadena Library present a workshop, "How to Thrive During the Changing Times: Seven Steps to Being Gainfully Employed."
Business Librarian Jeff Lambert will be on hand to facilitate this extremely useful and informative workshop. Mr. Lambert will address topics such as filing an online application for unemployment from the California Employment Development Department (EDD), setting up a free email account, job searching and interviewing skills, resumes and cover letters, and utilizing various career resources and job listings.
