Altadena’s New Heart Foursquare Church announces its premier annual event, SPIRIT LIFE CONFERENCE ’09 on Oct. 2-4. This year the theme is “Prepare to Grow! – 4 Keys to Spirit Filled Living”. Strategies for effective personal growth will be presented along with keys to building strong foundations for long-term growth and success.This year the keynote speaker will be international teacher G. Agabus Lartey, originally from Ghana, Africa. He is Senior Pastor and founder of Family Life Fellowship in Boston, a vibrant and multi-cultural church with a flourishing ministry serving as a training center for international pastors and leaders.
Agabus is internationally recognized for his love for people and his desire to always be led by the power of the Holy Spirit. His vast knowledge of Scripture, coupled with his ability to expound it in amazingly practical terms is a hallmark of his ministry. He has ministered in Nigeria, Pakistan, Greece, Senegal and England. In introducing this year’s theme, conference host El Clark, Senior Pastor, Altadena’s New Heart Church explains: “In the world, growth doesn’t just happen.
