Farnsworth Park was the scene this afternoon for a homemade BBQ to honor Altadena firefighters and sheriff's deputies for their work during the Station Fire.

Hot dogs and sausages grilled on the fire. Among the food donors: Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Mi Place, Green Street Restaurant, El Portal Restaurant, Naked Juice, Schreiner's Fine Sausages, Domenicos, Avanti Cafe, and Farmer John's. St. Mark's School held a cookie drive to help out with dessert.
