Initiated by Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich, C.A.R.E. is a multi-agency program to protect life and property in the upcoming rainy months. This program will include regular updates and bulletins, technical assistance for residents on constructing mudslide diversions, a “one-stop” website with fire recovery and storm preparation information, public service announcements, and a speakers bureau for community meetings.
