Thru Nov. 30, the Altadena Library Community Room presents an exhibit by the Tierra Del Sol Foundation, Sunland Studio.
Tierra del Sol Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides training, employment, and support services for nearly 500 men and women with developmental disabilities, including autism, mental retardation and cerebral palsy.
Tierra’s Sunland Studio Artists each bring diverse experiences, backgrounds and skill levels to producing artwork. Each artist has their own style and through their work, these artists enter a visual dialogue and share the language of fine arts. This group of works includes figurative, landscape, still life and art historical references. The vibrant colors and confident use of mediums engage the viewer and delight.
Featured artists include: Sarit Halo, Trina Kirkman, Sarkis Keushkerian, Harold Sakamoto, Isabela Diana Vartanian, and Clare Zeitlin
