HOUR ARE POSSIBLE AT TIMES DURING THIS STORM OVER THE WATCH AREA. THESE
RAIN RATES APPROACH OR EXCEED USGS DEBRIS FLOW THRESHOLDS FOR THE
RECENT 2008 AND 2009 BURN AREAS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY.
