SGV Tribune's Kevin Smith has a feature on the one-year anniversary of Breakthru Fitness in Pasadena. Breakthru is also announcing a partnership with Jim and Cathy Gott's Altadena-based Education Spectrum, to provide fitness classes for young people with autism spectrum disorders.
