Black History Parade starts today at Charles White Park @ 10 AM

The Pasadena Independent has the details of today's Black History Month parade, starting at 10 AM today at Charles White Park and ending at Robinson Park in Pasadena. (The guy on the right used to live in Pasadena when he went to Oxy -- wonder whatever happened to him?)
