* RAINFALL RATES COULD EXCEED ONE HALF INCH PER HOUR AT TIMES TODAY THROUGH SATURDAY...ESPECIALLY ACROSS SOUTH FACING SLOPES AND NEAR THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL BRING THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING AND DEBRIS FLOWS IN AND DOWNSTREAM OF THE BURN AREAS.
