The Frysmith truck made its maiden voyage to Altadena tonight -- not as crowded as previous upscale lunch trucks, but the reviews were good.
UPDATE: We knew Bill Westphal would be on the case, and we get his report after the jump.
We got there just as the truck was pulling in. There was a small line. The Faire is all based on dishes of French Fries or Sweet Potato Fries. Probably not as healthy as the Kogi Truck but we were game.

truck. They had a quiet generator mounted to the back which provided
power.
