David Fields named exec director of St. Vincent de Paul

The Tidings has a feature on David Fields, who left the world of business last year to work for the St. Vincent de Paul Society, and was recently named executive director.  Fields talks about the challenges of running a charitable nonprofit business when the need increases and the resources diminish.
