The salon scissors/paper/rock (Altadenablog sponsor) is celebrating its fourth anniversary and salon expansion over the next few weeks.
Owner Yolande Carson says the expansion includes two new treatment rooms and new services, such as manicures, pedicures, acrilics, and gel nails from new manicurist Kenia.
The salon will also celebrate the return of "Summer Music Nights" : on June 11, Itinerant Locals (from Little Rock, Arkansas) will play at the salon. Other scheduled acts to date include Dude Mirror on July 9 and Auto Defa on July 16, with more to come. (Please contact Yolande if you are interested in playing).
There's still time to get in on the May specials: free eyebrow wax with purchase of a manicure & pedicure, 1/2 price off your haircut if you model for one of their haicutting classes (call or email the salon for details).
