Altadena Sheriff’s Station will be undergoing major renovations to the front of the station, lobby and entire perimeter, beginning Monday, June 28, 2010. Construction will continue through August 31, 2010. During this time, the entrance to front of the station will be closed and inaccessible.
Altadena Station will continue to be open and services available 24 hours a day. Phone calls to the station’s business line, (626)798-1131, and -911- will be forwarded to the Crescenta Valley Station, where Altadena Station desk personnel have been temporarily re-located to handle calls from the Altadena community.
All business services normally conducted in person at the station front counter will remain available to the community via the Altadena Station Mobile Command Post. The Mobile Command Post will be located at the west driveway, off Altadena Drive. “Public Access” signs will be posted along a temporary fence, directing community members to a path leading to the Mobile Command Post.
