Nancy Steele, president of the Arroyos & Foothills Conservancy, wants us to know about these workshops coming up:
Please join us to help in planning for recreational opportunities along the Eaton Wash Corridor. The Eaton Wash starts in the foothills anchored by Eaton Canyon Natural Area and Nature Center and runs south along New York Drive, and then paralleling Rosemead Blvd through Temple City, Rosemead, San Gabriel, and El Monte as it connects with the Rio Hondo. We'd like to hear your ideas and opinions.
This plan is being developed by the Arroyos & Foothills Conservancy thanks to a grant from Southern California Edison. Please help us get the word out by inviting your friends and distributing the attached flyer. I hope to see you at one or more of these workshops!
