Altadena author Laura Randall writes us about the positive review about her new book, Peaceful Places Los Angeles, in today's LA Times travel blog. Laura tells us that among the 110 peaceful places several are close to home, including Zona Rosa Cafe, the Pacific Asia Museum, the Wrigley Gardens at the Tournament House, all in Pasadena; and Altadena's own McGinty's Gallery at the End of the World. This needs to be on our short list to read!
