Library Trustee Vacancy
The Altadena Library Board of Trustees is accepting letters of interest from persons who would like to serve on the Altadena Board of Library Trustees. Currently one position is vacant for the unexpired 2011 term.
Those applying must be 18 years of age and a resident of Altadena. The Board meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. Applicants are encouraged to attend the next Board meeting on Monday, July 26, 2010.The Board will interview potential candidates at a Special Board meeting on Monday, August 16, 2010, 5:00 p.m. The selected person may run in the November 8, 2011 election for this seat which will expire in 2015.
Interested parties should submit a letter of interest, résumé, and fill out a Supplemental Questionnaire in the Director’s office by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 30, 2010.
