Author/Pilot Barbara Schultz will appear at the Pasadena History Museum Aug. 18 at 7:30 PM for a lecture and to sign her new book: Pancho: The Biography of Florence Lowe Barnes. Books are available at the museum store, tickets are $5, museum members free, reservations 577-1660 ext. 10 (Pancho Barnes was the granddaughter of Prof. TSC Lowe, but you knew that!)
Thanks to some pressure from trail supporters and Supv. Antonovich's office, the Los Angeles County Dept. of Parks and Recreation has a trail crew working on the Altadena Crest trail this week to clear brush and regrade trail if necessary.
