- The LA Times reports that the Forest Service is investigating why critical early-hour data on the Station Fire was withheld from investigators and the Times. A Pasadena hearing on the fire convened by Congressman Adam Schiff for Tuesday has been postponed, no word on when it will be rescheduled.
- And PSN reports today that the Forest Service has decreed that all communications about the Station Fire shall now originate from Washington, D.C. Well! That should be helpful!
- Whittier Daily News' Claudia S. Palma has a story on how the Cal Poly Pomona Theater Dept. is trying to cope with the loss of its teacher and former department chair Bill Morse. The Altadena resident died unexpectedly last month.
