Information from the Altadena Sheriff's Station.
Mon., Sept. 13
Between Mon., 10 AM and Tues., 2 PM: suspect(s) entered a residence on the 1700 block of E. Altadena Dr. The residence was tented for fumigation at the time of the crime. Suspect(s) entered the residence by cutting a hole in the tent and entered via an opened window. Loss: Samsung 46 in. flat screen television, white Nintendo Wii, black Playstation 3, black mesh satchel containing miscellaneous video games, and toy wood/plastic riffle.
Tues., Sept. 14
Between 9 PM and 8 AM: 3300 block of North Marengo Ave., suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and stole the following items: silver iPod Nano, DeWalt black and yellow 18v drill, Kenwood 12 in. speakers, Kenwood amplifier, and Husky tool set.
Wed., Sept. 15:
Between 12 AM & 10:30 AM: a vehicle burglary occured on the 500 block of E. Woodbury Rd. Loss: Garmin GPS and black shifter.
Thurs., Sept. 16
Between 4:30-5:30 PM: a vehicle burglary occurred in the parking structure of 24 Hour Fitness (2180 N. Lincoln Ave.) Loss: set of keys and soft cloth lunch bag.
Sat., Sept. 18
4 PM: A home invasion robbery occurred on the 1300 block of Avocado Terrace. The victim heard the doorbell and proceeded to open the door. Upon opening the front door, the two suspects ordered the victims to lie face down.
Suspect #1, male Hispanic/ 30-35 years/ 5 ft. 10 ins. 150 lbs., wearing an unknown color baseball cap and a blue and white horizontal striped shirt, armed with blue steel semi-automatic handgun
Suspect #2: male Hispanic
The suspects zip-tied the victims, placed a cover over one victim's head, and ransacked the location. The suspects remained at the location for approximately 30-45 minutes. Loss: Verizon wireless Chocolate cell, gold wallet, US citizenship card, personal documents, black Metro PCS cell phone, $1,500 in US currency. Possible suspect vehicle: black SUV with 21 in. chrome wheels and/or black Honda Civic.
