Here is another lost/found animal. A bird this time. A fluffy looking parakeet. No picture yet as found just before dark. Not afraid of people - got close enough to me to allow me to slip a small bird cage over it to capture. Was not very happy in the small cage and twisted into contortions trying to get out. So, I put him/her in an enclosed patio for the night. Will try to get a picture if I can. As I said, bird is more "fluffy" looking that the parakeets I am used to (maybe young?). Also much more yellow than green. Found on Crescent Drive in Altadena. Call (626) 797-2831.
