October is figuring to be a busy month for everyone at the Altadena Main Library, 600 E. Mariposa, and that includes children, too:
Oct. 6: Barks and Books: a new time and day to read to Pearl, a lovable rescued standard poodle, 3:30 PM.
Oct. 7: Read for the Record Day.
Oct 9- Nov. 20: Join the In-n-Out Burger Cover to Cover club. In-n-Out Burger invites children age 4-12 to check out and read five library books. Details at the children's desk at the Main Library and Bob Lucas branch.
Fri., Oct 15, Friday Fun Flick this month is "How to Train your Dragon," rated PG, starts at 3:30 PM.
Fri., Oct. 29: Halloween and Dia de los Muertos crafts at the Library, 3:30 PM
