Huneven’s Blame (2009) was finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award, the LA Book Prize, one of Oprah’s Ten Terrific Reads of the Year, and Washington Post’s Best Book of the Year, and is one of the "Great Group Reads" for National Reading Group Month.
Attendees are encouraged to read “Lady with the Little Dog” by Anton Chekhov (available at the reference desk or online at http://www.online-literature.com/wilde/1297/ and also Blame, now out in paperback.
The workshop will be held at the Altadena Public Library, 600 E. Mariposa, at 7 PM on Oct. 19.
