There will be a ceremony in Lancaster on Mon., Nov. 15, to dedicate the Capt. Ted Hall and Engineer Arnie Quinones Memorial Highway.
Hall and Quinones were killed when their vehicle rolled off the road as they were fighting the Station Fire in 2009. The two firefighters were the only fatalities in the fire.
