Always appreciated: we have to share a shout-out to our humble website in today's Pasadena Star-News from Editor Frank Girardot, who also singles out John Crawford's Sierra Madre Tattler (one of our favorites) and Glimpses of South Pasadena by Laurie Allee as outstanding examples of dedicated local bloggers. (Hmm ... all of these localities also have well-funded carpetbaggers from New York City moving in ... coincidence?)
Our favorite Christmas gift is this paragraph:
I guess if I had a Christmas wish for all of you, it would be something like witnessing truly committed local bloggers like Crawford, Laurie Allee and Timothy Rutt spawn homegrown copycats in Pasadena, Temple City, Monrovia, Duarte, San Marino and Arcadia.
